Yes. An order may be cancelled as long as it has not yet been shipped. We will then refund you in the event of a cancellation.
If there has been a confirmation from USPS that your package has been delivered and you did not receive or signed for it, you must file a claim with USPS as KEMARO is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order. If urgent we recommend that you contact us during business hours - 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST.
Our sandals sell out very quickly due to high demand. If your order contains additional items that we have in stock, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
