Returns and Exchange 

We offer one free exchange for unworn/unused, undamaged items returned with tags attached to the original packaging within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days after the item has been delivered to us. Please state the name in which the order was placed and the order number when returning an item. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees during the exchange/return process. Promotional, sale items, and items purchased with a gift card are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for an exchange or refund. We are not liable for any returned package that may become lost or stolen in transit. We suggest you keep your proof of postage in order to file a claim with your courier. If you have any questions before placing your order, please feel free to contact us.

Refund Policy

Refunds are acceptable once your order has not been shipped. Refunds can take 3-7 business days to be processed and posted to your payment method depending on your bank.
